Due to the nature of sandbox games and our limited support staff, admins unfortunately cannot assist with characters or tames that are ‘stuck’ in terrain or have fallen under the mesh of the world. Players are advised to attempt everything they can to remedy the issue before euthanizing the creature or killing their character in order to respawn. Tames and inventories will not be refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Sandbox games are often filled with glitches that are unavoidable, and our volunteer support staff is extremely limited. If you have died, even to a game glitch, it is your responsibility to gather all personal belongings from your corpse inventory. If your body has disappeared or has become unreachable, your inventory unfortunately will be forfeit. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Occasionally, group mergers can be done improperly and result in loss of tames and property. If you have suffered a mishap when merging companies, please send in a ticket. Please note that staff are not available at all times, and it may be up to 48 hours until an admin can assist with an ownership issue. Always perform group mergers carefully.
