DarksideRP is committed to providing a safe environment for players to explore their creativity and we take our code of conduct very seriously. Players who have committed serious violations or have repeatedly broken the community rules will be permanently banned from accessing all Darkside services. Banned accounts will no longer be able to log in to the DarksideRP website.

How will I know if I've been permanently banned?

Players will receive an Official Ban Notice through the DarksideRP ticketing center directly to their registered email. Please check your registered email for details as you will no longer be able to log in to your DarksideRP account.

What if the ban was unfair?

Permanent bans are rarely appealed but you can always submit an account recovery form to request an appeal. Please note that repeated or abusive appeals won't improve your case. Appeals sent after a final review may be ignored.
